OUR STORY
TheBundleSoirèe started with me.
I was introduced to wigs during my school days, almost 8 years ago. What began as something I simply enjoyed wearing gradually became something I genuinely loved and wanted to understand.
Over the years, I taught myself more and more about hair through my own experiences, conversations with family and friends, and endless research. I became familiar with the differences between textures, lace types, hair quality, construction and what makes a piece truly worth investing in.
Eventually, I became the person everyone came to.
“Where did you get your hair from?”
“What texture should I get?”
“What’s the difference between this lace and that lace?”
“Which hair would you recommend?”
I was always the one people asked when they wanted help choosing their hair.
And that’s when I realised this wasn’t just an interest anymore. It had become a passion.

What is the lifespan of your hair?
Our RAW hair can last up to 5 years with proper care and maintenance, while our Virgin hair can last up to 3 years. Lifespan can vary depending on how frequently the hair is worn, how it is styled, washed and maintained. With the right care, your hair can continue to look and feel beautiful for years to come.
How do I choose the right hair texture?
Choosing the right texture comes down to your personal style, the look you want to achieve and how much maintenance you’re comfortable with. From straight and body wave to deep wave and other textures, each has its own look, movement and care requirements. Which wig would you recommend for a first-time wearer?
For your first wig, we recommend choosing a style that feels easy to wear and maintain. A ready-made wig can be a great starting point because it requires less preparation, while a frontal or lace unit offers more styling versatility. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose based on your experience and desired look.
What’s the difference between a frontal and a ready-made wig?
A frontal is a lace piece that covers the front of the head from ear to ear and is typically used with bundles to create a customised wig. A ready-made wig is already constructed for you, making it a more convenient option if you want something ready to wear with minimal preparation.
What lace options and sizes are available?
Our lace options can vary depending on the unit. We offer options such as 13x4 and 13x6 lace, with selected units available in different lace finishes. Each product listing will specify the lace size and type available.
What’s the difference between Transparent and HD lace?
Both are designed to create a natural-looking hairline. HD lace is finer and more delicate, allowing it to blend seamlessly with the skin when applied correctly. Transparent lace is slightly stronger and can also create a natural finish, particularly when customised to your complexion.
Which textures and curl patterns are available?
Our collections can include textures such as Straight, Body Wave and Deep Wave, with additional textures introduced throughout our collections. Availability may vary by length and product.

How do I place an order?

Can I customise my order?
Yes. If you have a specific request or would like to discuss a customisation, please contact us by email before placing your order so we can confirm what is possible and any additional costs
How long does processing take?
All orders require processing before they are dispatched. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery service selected and your location. Your available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. We understand that plans can change. Order changes or cancellation requests must be made before your order has been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

How do I care for Raw and Virgin Hair?
Both Raw and Virgin Hair should be treated with care to maintain their softness, movement and longevity. Gently detangle the hair from the ends upwards, use a suitable moisturising shampoo and conditioner, and avoid excessive heat or harsh products. Allow the hair to dry thoroughly after washing and store it carefully when not in use.
How often should I wash my Raw or Virgin Hair?
We recommend washing your hair when necessary, depending on how frequently it is worn and the amount of product used. Avoid overwashing, as this can strip the hair of moisture. Always follow with a good-quality conditioner to help maintain softness and manageability.
Can I straighten, curl or heat-style the hair?
Yes. Our Raw and Virgin Hair can be heat-styled. However, excessive heat can affect the condition and longevity of the hair over time. Always use a heat protectant and avoid applying unnecessary heat directly to the hair.
Can Raw and Virgin Hair be coloured?
Yes, both Raw and Virgin Hair can be coloured because they have not undergone the same chemical processing as many lower-quality hair extensions. However, colouring is a chemical process and can affect the hair’s condition and longevity. We recommend having colour services carried out by a professional
How should I store my hair when I’m not wearing it?
Make sure the hair is completely dry before storing it. Gently detangle and place your wig or bundles somewhere clean, dry and away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Proper storage helps protect the hair and maintain its quality between wears.
How long can I expect my Raw and Virgin Hair to last?
With proper care and maintenance, our Raw Hair can last up to 5 years, while our Virgin Hair can last up to 3 years. Actual longevity will depend on factors such as frequency of wear, heat styling, colouring, washing and overall maintenance.
